bogus Masters

I have recently done work for an International Student recruitment agency. Both claim to have Masters from British universities. Neither can write English, the younger one's English is appalling. They can barely read or speak it. Although the older of the two has some intelligence, the younger seems on a very low intellectual level and would struggle to do a GCSE. He rails against the closure of private colleges because they allowed him and his countrymen to get degrees-and clearly he views these and universities as shops. You go in and make a purchase.
