The racism of many of these private colleges is being ignored. At St. Patrick's you can only acquire a position if you come from the Indian sub-continent. This can be seen in many other private colleges. Although British has diversity and equality laws, here they are ignored probably due to extreme sensitivity amongst officials towards the views of minorities from this part of the world. Any action is immediately considered racist. The racists amongst these minorities of course are the first to level this accusation.
