Christian Orthodox and Putin

According to the new's agencies, the Orthodox Church in Russia has allied itself with Putin and the FSB, successors of the KGB, to crush liberal values in Russia. Hardly surprising that leaders of a Christian Church,, a religion long in the forefront of tolerance and acceptance, should combine with a thuggish politician responsible for murder and war. Church leaders of all denominations have habitually joined hands with right wing politicians, propagating belief not genuine values, religion-as-control denuded of thought and intelligence.
